Accepting locations of freight collect and filling-out of AWB charge section

We notify you as follows concerning the locations in China where we accept freight collect and the filling out of the Collect AWB charge section.

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

3. We do not currently accept freight collect for international flights from Japan to other countries via Beijing/Shanghai.
   
   
4. Only general cargoes are available for freight collect.
   No special cargoes such as keep-cool cargoes with dry ice inside, fresh products, dangerous objects, unaccompanied items, moving goods, and AVI/HUM can be accepted as freight collect.
   
   
5. How to fill out the charge section of Collect AWB?
   Select “Collect” for all the items of the charge section.
   For Freight Charge collect, please specify Other Charges (both Due Agent and Due Carrier) as collect. According to the IATA RULE, we cannot accept the cargoes if the payment methods of Freight Charge and Other Charges are different, or if both prepaid and collect are specified for Other Charges.
   Please be forewarned that, if you issue a wrong AWB, we have to ask you to modify relevant parts and issue a CCA.
