Dear customers,

Along with the launch of the International Terminal at New Chitose Airport, Air China customer service counters counters and business offices will be moved. Major changes are as follows.

Service commencing on:	March 26, 2010 (Friday)
Check-in counters:	Counter B7-B10, Departure Lobby, 3rd floor, International Terminal
Check-in counters open:	2 hours prior to scheduled departure time (no change)
Check-in counters close:	40 minutes prior to scheduled departure time (no change)
Cigarette lighters and matches	If cigarette lighters or matches are found in checked baggage, the baggage will be opened and re-inspected at the boarding gate in the presence of the passenger.  Please be advised that cigarette lighters and matches will be discarded after gaining approval of the owner.  Kindly note that we do not allow cigarette lighters or matches on board.

Passenger Service Facility Charge	Effective date: March 26, 2010 Fee (for each passenger departing from Japan): Adult (age 12 and older) --------------------- 1,000 yen (tax included) Child (age 2 and older and under 12) ------ 500 yen (tax included) * The above child fee also applies to children under 2 with a Child Fare ticket. Collection The fee will be charged along with the cost of the airfare when tickets are purchased. Those who haven't paid the fee are asked to pay at the airport on the day of departure.
