Air China outsources operations at airports in Japan to ANA and JAL. Effective April 1, 2009 (Wed.), both airlines are introducing ticket service charge and exchange service charge for international tickets. Along with this, Air China will charge handling fees for new purchase and issuance of our flight tickets at airports in Japan according to the service charges of the airlines. Please contact a branch near you for details including the amount charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
